FAQ's

How do we use DonateByCheck?
You can either enter your donor's check information directly into the secure interface via our web site or you can add a simple HTML link to your web site (or include the link in an email) that will direct donors to your custom check interface.

Can donors schedule multiple payments?
Yes. The check interface has the capability to schedule any number of future payments. This is a great tool for scheduling regular donations.

How is the money deposited into our bank account?
Checks are mailed to your accounting offices daily via First Class USPS for deposit. You are not charged any additional fees for postage.

Can we have funds deposited electronically?
Yes. However, most donors prefer to receive a paper check from their bank for a tax record. Electronic Check Processing (ECP) is an option available to you. ECP uses the ACH network to deduct the funds from the donors' account and to credit yours. ECP transactions take several banking days for settlement and require a monthly fee. Contact our sales agents for more information.
